Terms of Service

CertScore checks professional certifications with their issuers, scores them and ranks the people who hold them. Our Service includes credential verification, leaderboard rankings, and shareable profile pages.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service
• One person may only maintain one account

• You may only add credentials that were legitimately issued to you
• You must not submit falsified, altered, or fraudulent credentials
• We verify credentials against the issuing platforms but do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• We reserve the right to remove credentials that appear fraudulent
• Claiming credentials that belong to another person is strictly prohibited

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or game the leaderboard
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• CertScore and its original content are owned by V2C Inc and protected by copyright
• Certification logos and names belong to their respective organizations
• You retain ownership of credentials and documents you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the Service

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Upload fraudulent credentials
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of credential verification
• We are not responsible for the actions of certification issuers
• Points and ranks compare certifications. They are not a hiring recommendation or proof of identity
• Point values can change when we review how a certification is assessed

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V2C Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
